Your chosen Product Names, addresses, and URLs can match your company or chosen brand name. Many parts of the Kognitive Edge platform can be customized for a unified look and feel.

Product Names

Hardware product names will appear in any custom documentation – there is currently no character limit for names.

URLs

The base URL for the Cloud Service Portal can be customized through a DNS redirect to have your customers interacting directly with your company’s site.

Email Address

Custom email addresses can be used to send alerts and email notifications. This requires a new email account and access to office365.

Mobile Application

A mobile application can be customized with custom logos, a custom name, and - for companies with existing App Store and Play Store presence - local hosting.
