Roles and Responsibilities

• Product Manager: Maintains the development goals for product definition and enhancement. Works with customers, management, and team leads to define product features, set priorities, and schedule release dates.

• Quality Manager: Oversees team QA activities, ensures compliance with the QA manual, and reports on quality matters to the management team.

• Software Developers: Responsible for developing software in accordance with quality standards.

• Test Engineers: Responsible for testing all software solutions and verifying hardware against specified requirements to ensure quality.
